Cooper Venishia C (Angels Forever Daycare)

Observation

Provider self-reported there was not a fire safety inspection conducted. The licensor will send the FHCC fire inspection checklist to complete and return. Licensor observed the fire extiguisher was sitting on a shelf, no mounted and further than 75 feet from an exit. The provider stated she would complete the checklist and return it as soon as possible. The provider stated she would mount the fire extinguisher in the in the required location.
